There are many great ways to increase mindfulness, to strengthen the body & mind, to increase flexibility and balance, to improve alignment and posture, to de-stress, to energise, and to increase self-esteem and contentment, but I can only think of one thing that does them all!

Yoga is amazing.

I’m continually blown away by how powerful, effective and transformative it is (not to mention how much fun!) Its completely changed my life, on so many levels, and its a joy to share that with clients and friends.

I’m a yoga therapist, and teach regular scheduled classes (see below), private one-to-one therapy sessions, small group and corporate classes, and also retreats and workshops. I co-run both the Love Yoga Ltd studio in Aberdeen, and Kali Yoga & Wellness in Ellon, and I co-founded and co-run the annual Aberdeen Yoga Festival.
