There are many great ways to increase mindfulness, to strengthen the body & mind, to increase flexibility and balance, to improve alignment and posture, to de-stress, to energise, and to increase self-esteem and contentment, but I can’t think of many things that do them all! Yoga is amazing. I’m continually blown away by how powerful, effective and transformative it is. Not to mention how much fun. Its completely changed my life, on so many levels, and its a joy to share that with clients and friends.

I teach regular public scheduled classes (see below), private one-to-one, small group and corporate classes, and also retreats and workshops. I co-run the Love Yoga Ltd studio in Aberdeen, and I co-founded and co-run the annual Aberdeen Yoga Festival.
