Sessions are tailored to meet your specific needs and can focus solely on nutrition or, if you wish, also incorporate any of the variety of positive therapeutic possibilities of yoga (postures, breath, meditation, deep relaxation, sound) as well as other positive empowering tools to enhance and improve your overall wellbeing. Sessions can be in person or online.

£50 per 90 minute session
