Raw food is much more than just a salad or nut milk! Join me for an intimate mini-retreat at my peaceful Aberdeenshire home-studio to learn about the benefits of raw food and just how easy it can be to incorporate deliciously into your life. We’ll do a beautiful, rejuvenating yoga practice then make and enjoy delicious, nutrient-packed raw foods as well as learning how easy, but also impressive and generally awesome raw food can be! If you’re completely new to raw food, you’ll be amazed at what’s possible and how tasty it is, not to mention its incredible nutritional and healing power! If not, come along to enjoy the retreat and learn some new info.
